FGR Investigates Possible Violation of Sovereignty in Chihuahua
President Claudia Sheinbaum confirmed that the Federal Attorney General’s Office (FGR) is investigating the alleged involvement of U.S. agents in an operation in Chihuahua, an incident that could constitute a violation of the National Security Law and the Constitution.

State and federal officials are being interviewed to determine who authorized the participation of foreign nationals in the operation carried out in the Sierra Tarahumara. The President reiterated that it will be the federal authorities that determine possible legal liabilities.

Right to Information and Combating Disinformation
Sheinbaum noted that the telecommunications reform seeks to guarantee the public’s right to information in the face of disinformation promoted by right-wing groups. Furthermore, the President described CNN’s report on alleged CIA operations in the State of Mexico as “sensationalist and not true,” emphasizing that U.S, sources themselves denied that version of events. “There are groups in the United States and Mexico that want to create a bad relationship between the two countries. What is important is that we do not fall for that provocation,” Sheinbaum emphasized.

Housing for the People: Transformation Advances in Tabasco
From Comalcalco, Tabasco Governor Javier May led the ceremony for the first delivery of homes in the state under the national program promoted by the Fourth Transformation.

The Ministry of Agrarian, Territorial and Urban Development (SEDATU) reported that the six-year goal in Tabasco has increased to 60,000 homes, with more than 40,000 under construction and 68% already completed. Meanwhile, the INFONAVIT housing agency indicated that there are already 80 housing complexes under construction around the country and more than 18,700 homes have been delivered.

Olinia: Mexican technology for the future
The Mexican government is promoting Olinia, the first 100% Mexican electric car, as part of a strategy to turn the country into a developer of automotive technology. The cars will be affordable, have low operating costs, and can be charged at any standard outlet.

“We want to position Mexico among the leading countries in car manufacturing and electric mobility,” the President declared.
