Mexico’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, headed by Juan Ramón de la Fuente, a 2015 recipient of the Jerusalem Prize from the World Zionist Congress, released a tweet immediately following the announcement and news that President Donald Trump had ordered the illegal bombing of the sovereign nation of Iran, calling for “diplomatic dialogue and peace,” to restore something called “peaceful coexistence.”

This follows Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum’s statement on June 16th, while attending the G7 Summit in Alberta, Canada, that Mexico hopes for peace, after Israel bombed the sovereign nation of Iran.
